LeighAnn joined The Ashley Group in 2011 as the Director of Account Management bringing with her 20 years of experience working in the health insurance industry with insurance companies and with a broker firm. She has a wide range of experience and knowledge working with individual, large and small groups, fully-insured and self-funded groups. Additionally, LeighAnn brings with her a solid background in claims processing and customer service.

She is an active member with Northwest Ohio Association of Health Underwriters and currently serves as the Chapter Secretary.

LeighAnn is married to Don and together they have two children, Miranda and Ashli, who attend Lourdes University and Start High School. She is actively involved with various events through her daughter's high school and serves as the Treasurer for the sports boosters club at the high school. In her free time, LeighAnn enjoys a fun round of golf, bowling, reading, and camping.  Additionally, she enjoys watching football, and attending The Toledo Walleye and Toledo Mud Hen games along with attending her children's various sporting events. They reside in Toledo, Ohio
