Kelly joined The Ashley Group in 2010 as the Director of Sales. She brings with her 20 years of experience in the health care industry and a strategic planning approach to benefit design. Kelly attended Owens Community College and Lourdes studying Nursing she received her Health Insurance Associate Designation in 2001 and Managed Health Care Professional Designation in 2006, she currently continues her education at the University of Toledo.

Kelly worked as a Sales Executive for UnitedHealthcare, she was responsible for the introduction of a carrier into an emerging market, the development of relationships with the broker and consultant community to create new sales and renew existing business. She also worked for Medical Mutual of Ohio for 10 years. Kelly is well rounded, she is well versed in large groups, self funded as well as the individual and small group markets. Kelly is a resident of Sylvania, Ohio with her two children.

Her accomplishments include serving as the President of Northwest Ohio Association of Health Underwriters, an organization that provides communication, legislative advocacy, leadership and training to its agent members. Additionally, Kelly has lobbied on behalf of the NAHU 2007-2010 and continues to be active in the legislative process. She served on the Board of Findlay Hope House 2004-2007, and served as a cheerleading coach for Upward Ministries in 2006 & 2007. Kelly enjoys spending time with her children and attending all their sporting events and when there is time left over a round of golf.
