Gary L. Brown is a graduate of West Virginia University. Gary's career started in the insurance business in 1971, working as a producing agent for Northwestern Mutual Life. He was promoted to District Agent in 1982 and was the General Agent for 14 years.

Gary spearheaded the founding of two businesses to serve clients by starting the Northwest Ohio Pension Group and the Northwestern Ohio Benefits, Inc. In 1996, Gary founded the Sales College of Northwest Ohio, teaching the Sandler Institute cutting-edge sales training.

Gary joined The Ashley Group, Inc. in 2005 and is responsible for the recruitment and training of agents on how to succeed and serve their clients. He coordinates 20 hours per month of in-service education and product training for agents at The Ashley Group.
