Dorothy Ashley received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo in Organizational Development and Communications and received an MBA from Madonna University in Service Quality and Operations Management. She has more than 30 years experience in the health care industry providing management support in developing strategies and programs in customer service, quality management, process improvement initiatives and training/development of support staff. Dorothy was employed as a Quality Management Consultant for Siemens Building Technologies for eight years and prior to that worked at Riverside Hospital for 20 years. Dorothy received certification in "The Systems Approach to Quality Improvement" from the Association for Quality and Participation. Additionally, she successfully completed the Professional Achievement Recognition System (PARS) certification from AQP.
Dorothy's responsibilities at The Ashley Group include the coordination of marketing/advertising services and assisting the support staff where needed. Dorothy enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
