David A. Holman joined The Ashley Group. in December 2002 as an Employee Benefits Representative. Prior to that, he ran the life and health insurance department for the Knight Crockett Miller Insurance Group in Toledo for 11 years. His primary focus was writing group health plans for the commercial clients of the agency. From 1986 to 1991, Dave and his partner, founded and ran Performance Brokerage Group, a wholesaler of life and health insurance plans in Maumee, Ohio. He was Brokerage Director for Connecticut Mutual and Manufacturers Life from 1978 through 1986. Dave's insurance career began with Lincoln National in 1972 where he was first an agent, then Training Director and finally Agency Supervisor. He earned his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation in 1980 and his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation in 1988. Dave attended Adrian College and graduated with a degree in Speech and Broadcasting in 1970.
